FINE WELSH BLUE-GLAZED AND SILVER RESIST JUG, SWANSEA, CIRCA 1815-20.
Depicting on each side an exotic bird perched upon a stylized undulating branch amidst dense flowering stems, the neck with a striped border, the whole in silver resist lustre on a blue ground. Height 6 ⅝ inches.
