Appraizely.com is a website of S.B.M Co, Ltd, a company based in Japan, and the following Terms & Conditions apply to and govern any use of this website (the "Site"). By using this service, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or our services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Your right to use this site's services is personal, not transferable to any other person, company or entity and is a limited right to access, use and view of the Site and the materials thereon for your personal use only, provided that you comply fully with these Terms & Conditions of use.

These Terms & Conditions also apply to any special features or offerings that may be added later or are improved upon. Appraizely.com reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Appraizely uses artificial intelligence technology and historical auction data to generate valuations, appraisals, and related information for antiques, collectibles, and other items ("AI Valuations"). By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Estimates only. All AI Valuations are approximate estimates based on available data and algorithmic analysis. They do not constitute professional appraisals, certified valuations, or expert opinions.
• Not for official purposes. AI Valuations should not be relied upon for insurance claims, tax filings, estate planning, legal proceedings, or any other official or financial purpose. For such purposes, you should engage a certified professional appraiser.
• No guarantee of accuracy. While we strive to provide useful and informative results, Appraizely.com makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI Valuation. Market values fluctuate and depend on factors including condition, provenance, location, and current demand that may not be fully captured by our system.
• Auction data limitations. Historical auction records reflect past sale prices and may not represent current fair market value. Auction results can be influenced by factors such as buyer premiums, auction house reputation, and market conditions at the time of sale.
• User responsibility. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by our services. Appraizely.com shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from reliance on AI Valuations.

Appraizely.com offers a free account with limited access. The following terms apply:

• No credit card or payment method is required to create a free account.
• Free accounts include up to 3 basic AI appraisals.
• Free accounts have limited access to search results and auction price data. Prices are not visible without a paid subscription or single report purchase.
• To access full features (unlimited appraisals, full price data, PDF reports, favorites, CSV export), you must subscribe to a paid plan or purchase individual reports.
• Free accounts are limited to one per person. If we determine that free accounts are being abused (for example, through multiple registrations), we reserve the right to terminate the accounts.

Your membership will be automatically renewed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you selected. For your convenience, we will bill the monthly or annual subscription to the payment method you provide to us during registration (PayPal or Credit Card), unless and until you cancel your membership. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month or year in order to avoid billing of the next period's subscription fees. You are not eligible to receive refunds once your payment method has been billed.

You may cancel your membership on your account page at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing period for which we have received payment, and it will simply not renew.

How to Cancel Your Membership

Through our website:

• Go to your account page.
• Find the cancel link for your active membership.
• Click on the "Cancel" link.
• Fill in the appropriate reason and click "UNSUBSCRIBE".

Through PayPal:

• Log in to your PayPal account.
• Find your subscription payment record.
• Click on the "Details" link.
• Click "Cancel Subscription" and re-confirm when prompted. We do NOT have access to your PayPal account.

If you paid by credit card through Stripe, you may also cancel through your account page on our website, or contact us at contact@appraizely.com.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including account details, uploaded images, and usage data. We use third-party services (OpenAI, Stripe, PayPal, Google Analytics) to process data as described in our full privacy policy.

You agree not to use the Site or our services to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to use a single account.

• Use our services to facilitate fraud, misrepresentation, or any illegal activity.

• Your payment method fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period.
• Continued provision of services to you would violate applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site and access our services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
