Description

PRESENTATION "L.A. CO." PERCUSSION MUSKET. England, early 19th century. Figured walnut stock with an old mellow finish. Inlaid silver plate on buttstock is engraved "C.U.R.V. No. 5 Company, First Prize won by Norman D.J. Straton 23rd Nov. 1861". Worn browning on barrel and the bolster appears cleaned.
