A silver-mounted Ottoman bichaq18th or early 19th century
Narrow 8 1/2 inch single edged blade. Silver hilt with incised and niello decoration, the shaped languets with gold overlaid floral panels. Silver-covered scabbard chased with leafy scrollwork within narrow beaded and roped borders.
Condition: Blade showing light pitting and some frittering to edge....
