A MEISSEN TURQUOISE-GROUND SPIRIT BARREL, CIRCA 1740-45 Moulded with gilt-edged hoops, each end painted with an elaborate European harbour scene surrounded by gilt scrollwork, one with a small apeture for a tap, the purple-ground reserved with quatrelobe panels with similar European landscape scenes, 16.3cm long (some wear)
