Art metal kinetic sculpture by Frederick Prescott (American, b. 1949). Two enameled pendulums with couples riding motorcycles in front of the Holllywood sign. Neon lighting incorporated. Signed and dated on base, and numbered 13/200. Superb working condition. Measures approx. 30 1/4" tall x 27" wide x 7" deep assembled.
