      Louis XVI Carved Beechwood Bergere a la Reine, c. 1785, arched cresting, padded bowfronted seat and circular turned and tapered legs, carved allover with oak leaves, guilloche and fluting, seat ht. 16 in.

      One back toe off but present; both cresting joints repaired; minor worming and edge wear; very good carving.
