Description

TOYOKUNI III (who was Kunisada) (Japanese, 1786-1864). Color woodcuts in triptych form. Women boarding covered scow at nightfall, while above them on foot bridge a number of people fishing for squid by lantern light. 29 1/2 in. by 13 1/2 in. (image size) Each oban signed in calligraphy. Well framed.
