Description

ENGLISH DOUBLE BARRELL FLINTLOCK PISTOL Late 18th/early 19th c., having two 3 3/4 in. screwbarrels in approximately .36 caliber. Boxlock action engraved with drum, flags and floral displays. Marked on left side Gardner and Newcastle on the right, presumably for Newcastle-Upon-Tyne in England. With flat-sided bag-shaped walnut grips.
