Description

JAPANESE COLOR WOODCUT attributed to Koikawa Yukimachi Utamaro, late 19th century. The oban depicts woman bathing at seashore with a companion holding shell and basket. 10 3/4 in. by 15 1/2 in., signed upper right with calligraphy also along left edge. Conservator mounted in custom wood frame.
