Description

HISTORICAL STEAMBOAT RELIC FROM THE "CHARLOTTE DUNDAS."
Mounted on board with history of the steamer, 39 x 30 inches. The 'Dundas' was the first steamboat to ply for trade in 1801. Built at Falkirk by William Symington, she was inspected by Robert Fulton and Henry Bell of Glasgow.
