Georgian mourning ring. In approx. 14K yellow gold with seed pearl border. Navette shaped sepia on ivory portraying an hourglass with text in French translating to "Time pass, friendship is forever". Circa 1800. MEASUREMENTS: Top 27mm x 14mm. 2.4 dwt (3.6 grams). Size 6-3/4". CONDITION: Minor scratches to crystal bezel.
