AN EARLY 17TH CENTURY IRISH SILVER TRAVELLING CHALICE apparently unmarked, probably Galway Tapering cylindrical bowl, with flared rim with gilded interior, to a baluster stem, screw fitted to domed hexagonal foot, the foot engraved 'IHS 1628', with associated unmarked paten, and carrying tin, height 20.7cm , weight of chalice 8.8oz...
