Description Circa 1910 to 1917. Manufactured by Franklin Manufacturing Company in Richmond, VA. Never used or opened, complete with original paper wrapper and inner liner. Only mild soiling or faint staining, almost no wear noted at all.
Condition (Excellent - Near Mint). Size 3" L.
